How I can help

While I’m here to support you with whatever you’re facing, there are a few common challenges many parents encounter. If any of these resonate, we might be a great fit

Anxiety and overwhelm

Even when everything appears to be going well, parenting can still bring intense feelings of anxiety and overwhelm. Loving our children so deeply naturally makes everything feel higher-stakes. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs and behaviors that may be unintentionally fueling your underlying anxiety, and work toward meaningful changes that allow you to experience greater peace and ease — while continuing to love deeply in an unpredictable world.

Parent-child conflict

From constant complaining and nagging to explosive shouting matches, it’s easy to find ourselves caught in cycles of conflict with our children. Together, we’ll work to uncover the triggers—both yours and your child’s—that may be fueling these battles. We’ll also strengthen your skills in setting boundaries and sidestepping power struggles. Whatever you choose to do with your one wild and precious life, let it be something more enjoyable than arguing with your child.

Complex children

Some children come into the world more or less “standard edition”—when challenges arise, a quick look at a parenting book or a call to a friend usually does the trick. Other children seem to create challenges so unique that even Google comes up empty, and they react as if you’ve set them on fire when you try to apply standard parenting advice. If your child falls into the second category, we’ll draw on my decade of experience working with behaviorally challenging kids to ensure your responses are both grounded in best practices and aligned with your goals as a parent. Parenting a complex child is hard—but it can also be deeply rewarding. You deserve the support and tools to make more space for that joy.
