This approach is designed to be efficient and effective, with many clients noticing meaningful change within just 5 to 8 sessions.
Parenting an Anxious Child Workshops
This 8 week course walks caregivers through Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a research based intervention for reducing anxiety symptoms in your child. Fill out the interest form to be notified when the next course is being offered.
