I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children and families through a wide range of challenges. Much of my work has been in schools, where I’ve helped students and caregivers navigate emotional, behavioral, and environmental stressors. I earned my Master’s degree from Hunter College in 2013, with clinical training focused on trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and disruptive behavior in children and adolescents.
I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent youth, including autistic children, those with ADHD, and those given diagnoses like Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) or Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED). My approach is strength-based, non-pathologizing, and rooted in empathy.
I continue to work full time in a school setting and prioritize my private practice during the summer months. Beginning in June, I open a full caseload for parents, with most work wrapping up by August or September. My private practice focuses on helping parents feel more equipped, less alone, and more connected to their children. Whether you’re managing daily meltdowns, school-related struggles, or a general sense that something isn’t working, we’ll build practical strategies for lasting change—so your home can feel calmer and your family more connected.
